SHIPPING & TRACKING

Where is my order?

Once your order ships, you will be sent an auto-email containing tracking information.

To track your order,

You can click the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email you received. If you can't find the confirmation emails in your inbox, there's a good chance it is in your spam folder.

My order shown as delivered but I haven’t received it?

Please check if the address information of your order is incorrect;

Please contact the courier company for more details;

Please check your mailbox or ask your neighbors if they have received the parcel on your behalf.

Please wait for another 48 hours. Packages may show delivered up to 48 hours before arrival in rare cases.

If the package isn’t found after 3 business days, email us at info@love-soho.com with your order details.

Why was my order returned to the sender or refused?

An order may be returned to sender or refused for one of the following reasons:

  1. An address is invalid or there is missing information,
  2. The carrier is unable to deliver your package, or
  3. The order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.

Please note that we do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

How long is the delivery time?

Normally it will take a few days to prepare your items before shipment. The shipping time depends on shipping methods. You can check for more information on our Shipping Info page.

How are customs and duty fees treated?

Unfortunately, we do not have a say on customs and duties fees. All Customs and Duties Fees are the responsibility of the customer to be paid upon receipt of package. The amount varies from country to country and depending on item(s) ordered.

ORDERS

Can I change or cancel my order?

Before shipment:
Email us at info@love-soho.com with your request and order number.

After shipment:
Unfortunately, changes cannot be made once an order ships. You may contact us to cancel or return the package upon delivery.

Missing item from my order?

To reduce our carbon footprint, we sometimes ship items from different warehouses closer to your location. This means your order may arrive in multiple packages at different times. Please check your email for separate tracking numbers if your order was split into multiple shipments. If the remaining item hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, contact our customer support team, and we’ll be happy to assist you!

What should I do if something is wrong with my order?

Contact us at info@love-soho.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • Description of the issue.
  • Photos, if applicable.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

Once your items are delivered, we are not liable if they are stolen, lost or damaged. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please allow an additional 1-3 days for delivery before contacting your local carrier for more information.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return an item?

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item(s).

Email us at info@love-soho.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

  • Please do not return the item(s) to the sender's address .
  • Please note that we will not accept any returns without you contacting us first.
When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed once we confirm receipt of the returned item(s). Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Can I exchange my purchased items?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges at the moment, but you can place a new order and initiate a return. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned package.

What payment methods do you accept?

How can I pay if I do not have credit card?

If you don't have a credit or debit card, we suggest using PayPal due to its speed and security of your purchase. If you have a PayPal account, please choose PayPal to complete your payment. If you don't have a PayPal account, please go to this link to register first: https://www.paypal.com. Then you can pay with PayPal on our website.

How can I pay if I do not have a PayPal account?

If you don't have a Paypal account, surely you can use your credit/debit cards to complete your payment. Please be assured that we do not collect nor save your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment. For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for more information.

My payment failed and what can I do?

If you are experiencing error messages when making a payment, please be sure you have entered the correct details by double-checking your information. Check with your bank to ensure there are no problems with your account. After this, please contact our customer service at info@love-soho.com and submit details, we will investigate further.
